The stunning 16th floor Charles View Ballroom is the jewel of Boston wedding space. This beautiful 3,000 square foot space offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the Boston Skyline, Charles River and surrounding areas through floor-to-ceiling windows. Four glass-enclosed elevators ensure that guests arrive quickly to the top floors. Accommodates 180 guests for a formal banquet with dance floor and 350 guests for a cocktail reception.

President's Ballroom

The impressive lobby level President's Ballroom features expansive pre-function space, while providing an elegant, formal setting with adjoining outdoor garden courtyard. The Ballroom offers 7,008 square feet of space with 18 foot ceilings and can accommodate 200-500 guests with dance floor.

Empress Ballroom

A 25% non-refundable deposit on the agreed upon minimum is due at the time of signing.

12 weeks prior to your wedding date a fifty percent (50%) payment will be due.

Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least five (5) business days prior to the wedding date.

A refundable $1,000.00 overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.

Guarantee
A final guarantee is due by 11:00am five business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Security
Hyatt Regency Cambridge will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
